By using the Sparkz website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to misuse checkout, payment, contact, or order features.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that an appropriate adult is involved in the order, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Products and availability
Product photos, colors, add-ons, quantities, and descriptions are provided to help customers choose a bundle. Availability may change based on stock, supplier timing, and fulfillment limits.
Customization choices
Customization options are shown on the bundle page when available. Sparkz may reject, adjust, or confirm customization requests if an item is unavailable or unsuitable for safe preparation.
Orders, pricing, and currency display
Prices are shown based on selected country and display currency where supported. Final totals are confirmed before checkout or order confirmation.
Payments
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Sparkz does not store full card numbers on the website. Payment status is confirmed through the payment provider and Sparkz order records.
Delivery, taxes, and fees
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. External customs, import taxes, or local fees may apply to some orders and are outside Sparkz control. Sparkz is not currently registered for VAT in the UAE, so no VAT is charged on orders.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation and refund handling depends on order status, preparation stage, delivery status, and the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property and changes
Sparkz branding, product presentation, website content, images, and design belong to Sparkz or its licensors. Sparkz may update these terms, product details, prices, and website features when needed.
Third-party services and limits
The website may use trusted service providers for payments, media hosting, website hosting, analytics, social media, customer support, and delivery. Sparkz is not responsible for issues outside its reasonable control.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you have a concern about an order or these terms, contact Sparkz first so the issue can be resolved directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
